6.3. Posh Nosh is not responsible for any losses that occur on your account due to unauthorized activity.
6.4. If you believe your password has been compromised, it is your responsibility to change it by heading to your account section.
7. Subscription Services
7.1. If you subscribe to a recurring delivery service, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged based on your plan.
7.2. You can pause or cancel your subscription via your account, provided the request is made before the scheduled charge date.
7.3. Changes to your subscription, such as pack quantities or calorie amounts, must be made before the next order date.
8. Payments
8.1. We currently accept payments via credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to change or expand our accepted payment methods in the future.
8.2. You may be asked to provide verification information including but not limited to your credit card number, expiration date and security code, billing address, and shipping information.
8.3. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
8.4. You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method of choice.
8.5. Any failed payments due to expired or invalid payment methods may result in order cancellation.
8.6. Occasionally, we may offer trials, special offers, or promotions for a specific period of time. When we offer these, we will include specific terms in the marketing materials.
9. Shipping & Delivery
9.1. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are correct and remain up to date at all times.
9.2. All products are shipped frozen. We recommend you thaw them in the refrigerator the night before use.
9.2.1. Do not refreeze after thawing. Use within 2–3 days of defrosting for optimal freshness.
9.3. While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, we are not liable for delays, losses, or stolen packages caused by third-party couriers.
9.4. Currently, we ship within the Continental U.S. only.
9.5. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather). In such cases, we will issue a credit or reschedule delivery.
9.6. You must inspect products upon delivery and store them according to the provided instructions.
9.7. All shipping and handling fees are included with your order.
9.8. Any claims of undelivered products will be subject to investigation, and repeated claims may result in account termination.
10. Returns & Refunds
10.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped.
10.2. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our sole discretion in the case of damaged, incorrect, or spoiled products.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Posh Nosh is not responsible for any adverse reactions or allergies your dog may have to our products. Please ensure you review the ingredients before purchasing and consult your veterinarian.
11.2. We are not liable for any damages caused by the misuse or improper storage of our products.
11.3. You agree that our calorie calculator and suggested meal plan are for guidance only. It is your responsibility as the pet’s owner to continuously monitor your dog’s weight and health.
11.4. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your dog’s meal plan.
11.5. If you have any concerns about your dog’s health or condition, please contact your veterinarian.
11.6. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from reliance on any content or recommendations provided through our Services.
