We offer weekly or biweekly deliveries, so your dog always has fresh, real food on hand:
All meals are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with reusable gel packs. When your box arrives, simply store the pouches in your freezer. Defrost one pouch at a time in the fridge (24–36 hours) or at room temperature (around 6 hours) before serving.
Your subscription is based on your dog’s weekly calorie needs. Each pouch is labeled with either 1,000 or 2,000 kcal, so you can simply portion out what your dog needs per day.
We round up to the nearest 1,000 kcal on a weekly or biweekly basis, never per day. This ensures your dog is never underfed – and gives you some flexibility throughout the week.
For example:
If your dog needs 1,750 kcal/day, that’s 12,250 kcal/week. We round up and send 13,000 kcal/week, typically as 6 x 2,000 kcal pouches and a 1,000 kcal pouch.
If your dog needs ~1,750 kcal/day and you’re using 2,000 kcal pouches, just feed slightly less than one pouch per day.
